Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products / services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call logs, customer data, and follow-up details.
• Build rapport and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Meet daily / weekly call and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth lead processing.
