We at Coforge are hiring Research Specialist with the following skillset :

We are looking for someone who can assist the TTH team in analyzing industry trends by researching and documenting the strategic focus of key players as reflected in their earnings calls. This includes studying evolving traveler behaviors and conducting competitive benchmarking to evaluate our positioning relative to other IT services firms.

Responsibilities :

Industry Expertise : Possesses an expert-level understanding of the airline / airport industry, including industry trends, regulations, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Stay up-to-date with market changes and be a go-to resource for the sales team on industry-related matters. Develop a deep understanding of our Airline / Airport products and services.

Competitive Analysis : Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of competitor products and strategies within the airline industry. Use this information to help differentiate our offerings and strengthen the sales approach. Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build relationships, gather market intelligence, and promote our airline solutions.

Business Value Proposition : Develop and articulate a compelling value proposition for IT solutions, demonstrating how our offerings can drive business growth, efficiency, and digital innovation.

Change Management : Develop change management strategies specific to Travel business initiatives, guiding clients through the transformation process smoothly. Address potential challenges and resistance by creating change adoption plans and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Roadmap Creation : Develop a well-structured roadmap detailing the sequential steps and milestones necessary to execute the proposed initiatives successfully. Align the roadmap with the client's long-term business goals and strategic objectives.

Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and a preference for Business Administration, or a related field.

Total of 10+ years of experience and minimum 7+ years of experience as a Research Specialist, with a significant focus on winning deals across various IT and driving business transformation and value creation through technology.

Familiarity with emerging technologies and their potential impact on business processes.

Strong business acumen and financial acumen to evaluate investments and ROI.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact confidently with CXOs and internal stakeholders on IT and BPM matters.
