About the Role :

We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager for a reputed product-based client to lead and deliver high-quality mobile solutions using React Native. While the role title is Manager, this is a hands-on, architect-level position, where approximately 80% of your time will be spent designing, developing, and reviewing code, and 20% will be dedicated to guiding, mentoring, and managing the team.

You will act as the technical authority for mobile architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, maintainability, and code quality, while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end technical design and architecture of large-scale mobile applications using React Native.
• Develop, review, and optimize high-quality code following best practices for scalability and maintainability.
• Drive mobile performance optimization, including load times, rendering speed, and battery efficiency.
• Integrate APIs, third-party SDKs, and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Oversee and improve mobile CI / CD pipelines for faster and more reliable deployments.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to ensure cohesive product delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural guidance to the development team.
• Mentor and upskill team members to improve coding practices, architecture understanding, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and industry standards in mobile app development.
• Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and recommend adoption of relevant tools / frameworks.
