Role Overview

As a

Technical Lead

on the Capacity team, you’ll architect and lead the engineering backbone of our AI learning ecosystem.You’ll drive design, development, and deployment across the platform infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless performance.

You’ll mentor engineers, collaborate with AI / ML experts, and bring together systems that teach, reason, and evolve in real time.

Key Responsbilities

Architect the

AI intelligence layer

powering tutoring, reasoning, and retrieval-based learning.

Lead development of a modular full-stack platform unifying courses, AI chat, and simulations.

Design

microservice and API architectures

connecting content systems, user data, and analytics.

Build

RAG pipelines

integrating verified academic datasets and internal course material.

Ensure system performance, observability, and

AI transparency

through monitoring frameworks.

Mentor engineers across backend, ML, and front-end teams, fostering technical excellence.

Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies —

multi-modal, agentic, and explainable systems.

What We're Looking For :

8–10 years of experience in

software engineering, ML systems, or AI product architecture.

Proven success leading

cross-functional AI / ML and full-stack teams

from 0→1 and scale.

Expertise in

cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) , containerization, and microservices.

Strong grasp of

RAG pipelines, vector databases, and real-time data systems.

Experience working with educational or data-heavy AI applications preferred.

Deep problem-solving, leadership, and systems-thinking mindset.
