Job Description
Role Overview
A Draughting Engineer converts design concepts, sketches, and specifications into precise technical drawings and models using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software. These drawings guide the manufacturing, construction, or assembly of products, machinery, buildings, or infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Drawing & Design
- Produce 2D and 3D CAD drawings for mechanical, electrical, civil, or structural projects.
- Update existing drawings based on engineering changes or feedback.
- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and codes.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with design engineers, project managers, and production teams.
- Review and interpret design briefs, specifications, and sketches.
