Job Summary

Capgemini is seeking a seasoned Filenet Developer with deep expertise in enterprise content management solutions using IBM Filenet technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Filenet-based applications, particularly within banking and financial domains.

️ Required Skills & Experience

9–15 years of hands-on experience

in IBM Filenet development, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) environments.

Strong proficiency in :

IBM Filenet P8

Content Engine (CE)

Process Engine (PE)

Case Manager

IBM Content Navigator

Solid programming skills in

Java / J2EE ,

Web Services , and

SQL .

Proven experience in :

Designing and implementing

workflow solutions

Managing

document lifecycle

and

security configurations

Integrating Filenet with enterprise systems

Familiarity with

Agile methodologies

and

DevOps tools

(e.g., Jenkins, Git, CI / CD pipelines) is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Filenet solutions.

Develop, configure, and maintain Filenet applications and workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams.

Ensure application performance, scalability, and security compliance.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Preferred Qualifications

IBM Filenet certifications

Experience with cloud-based Filenet deployments

Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
