Customer Support Executive - UK Voice Process

MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF EXPIRENCE IS MANDATORY

REQUIRE IMMEDIATE JOINERS

Location : Malad West, Mumbai Working Conditions : Office-based, Rotational Shifts, Rotational Offs Responsibilities :

  • Deliver outstanding customer support through chat interactions, primarily for UK clients.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle international Customers on call chat process providing accurate information and prompt resolutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback through the chat system.
  • Utilize exceptional written communication skills to foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Minimum HSC or equivalent education.
  • At least 6 months of experience in an International VOICE Process.
  • Strong written communication skills in English, with an understanding of UK customer expectations preferred.
