Customer Support Executive - UK Voice Process

Location : Malad West, Mumbai Working Conditions : Office-based, Rotational Shifts, Rotational Offs Responsibilities :
- Deliver outstanding customer support through chat interactions, primarily for UK clients.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle international Customers on call chat process providing accurate information and prompt resolutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback through the chat system.
- Utilize exceptional written communication skills to foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Minimum HSC or equivalent education.At least 6 months of experience in an International VOICE Process.Strong written communication skills in English, with an understanding of UK customer expectations preferred.Benefits :
