Job descriptionManage payroll coordination and HRMS systems Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, bonus, leave, labor laws) Own HR policies, documentation and audits Manage exits, settlements, and compliance reporting Lead internal communication and company culture initiatives Drive wellness programs, performance reviews and feedback cycles Handle grievances and employee relations with fairness and discretion 5+ years of experience in Human Resources (startup / D2C preferred) Strong in hiring, compliance, payroll & HR operations Experience using HRMS and payroll tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High ownership, structure-loving, and execution-driven mindset Work at India’s 1st truly science-backed performance nutrition company Build HR frameworks from scratch in a high-growth environment Work directly with leadership and impact company culture

We are looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and core HR operations at Neulife. You will play a critical role in building a high-performance culture in a fast-growing D2C nutraceutical company.
