US / Canada processes

Experience : 1–4 years

What you’ll do :

✅ Onboard service providers smoothly

✅ Verify documentation & maintain records

✅ Coordinate with clients & internal teams

✅ Manage reports in Excel and internal tools

What we need from you :

Excellent

English communication

(verbal & written)

Prior experience in

US / Canada processes

or

international BPO / call center

Strong

Excel & data management

skills
