About the Role

We are looking for passionate teachers across all subjects who can simplify concepts, design creative learning experiences, and collaborate with AI tools to build high-quality educational content for schools.

Responsibilities

As a Subject Learning Specialist (any subject), you will :

🎮 Gamified & Creative Learning

  • Create games, puzzles, activity-based tasks for your subject
  • Convert syllabus topics into fun, real-world learning experiences
  • Build creative examples, stories, analogies, experiments

🤖 AI-Enhanced Teaching

  • Review and improve AI-generated explanations, quizzes, lesson plans
  • Build AI-assisted worksheets, question banks, and concept videos
  • Help identify and fix common student misconceptions using AI insights

    • 📚 Curriculum & Content Development

  • Create concept maps , worksheets, project ideas, and assessments
  • Develop mastery-based learning pathways from basic → advanced
  • Ensure alignment with NCERT, CBSE, ICSE, IB, and State Board standards

    • 🏫 School Partnerships & Training

  • Support workshops with partner schools
  • Help teachers adopt AI & modern pedagogy in classrooms
  • Provide inputs for student motivation & learning design

    • Requirements

    We welcome teachers from ALL SUBJECTS .

    Minimum expectations :

  • ️ 4–15 years of teaching experience (any board)
  • ️ Strong conceptual clarity in your subject
  • ️ Comfort with digital tools (AI training provided)
  • ️ Passion for activity-based, inquiry-driven teaching
  • ️ Ability to simplify complex ideas for students

    • Teachers from CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge & State Boards are encouraged to apply.
