What You’ll Do

Edit and polish video content for Varicash’s digital touchpoints : social media (Reels, Shorts), campaigns, product explainers, ads, etc.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to turn scripts or briefs into engaging visual narratives
Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, animations, and audio enhancements to enrich visuals
Ensure all outputs adhere to brand style with consistent use of fonts, colour palette, visual tone, and identity
Repurpose footage across formats, e.g. convert a long explainer to short social clips
Organize and manage video assets and project files for efficient team usage
Keep abreast of platform trends (e.g. Instagram / YouTube formats, transitions, effects) and propose creative ideas

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)

Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Basic competency in motion graphics, captioning, and audio editing

Strong storytelling sensibility, pacing, cuts, rhythm

Keen eye for detail, visual aesthetics, and brand consistency

Ability to take feedback, iterate, and work under deadlines

A portfolio or sample edits (preferably work related to brands, social media, digital content)

Nice to Have

Familiarity with fintech, SaaS, or product marketing

Some camera / shooting knowledge (framing, lighting)

Understanding of conversion-driven content (hooks, retention, CTAs)
