Roles & Responsibilities :
- Carrying out research and analysis of matters related to assurance standards, Companies Act 2013 etc.
- Advising the assurance team and partners PAN India on complex assurance matters, reviewing Engagement terms, resignation letters etc.
- Analysis of new developments in professional standards, regulatory and legal requirements and guiding the assurance teams
- Conducting Periodic inspection of engagements to ensure quality control is operating efficiently
- Drafting and implementation various policies and procedures to ensure compliance with requirements of Professional standards and regulatory and legal requirements.
- Drafting and circulation of internal notes and guidance for assurance team
- Assisting the Firm in their initiatives to improve assurance quality and enhance the assurance function.
- Providing Staff training to Assurance Team
- Circulation of updates
- As a Manager / Associate Director, you will be required to lead the overall functions of the TL Team as mentioned above and reporting directly to Director / Partner.
