We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead villa sales and drive business growth in the premium housing segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual villa sales targets.
- Build strong client relationships and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Identify and engage with HNIs (High Net Worth Individuals), NRIs, and other potential buyers for premium villas.
- Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations to convert prospects into customers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns and events to attract potential buyers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide inputs for product positioning.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of sales executives (if applicable).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in sales , preferably in premium products or villas, or apartmentsStrong network in Thrissur, Kerala, and NRI markets is an added advantage.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the premium / luxury segment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly.Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.Skills Required
