Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager to build and implement business functional programs.

Regardless of the industry, the overall objectives of a business analyst are to review andanalyze current and proposed business operations. Oftentimes, they will review financialstatements, KPIs, and other key metrics, and then consider options for improvement. ProjectManager will assess the overall effectiveness of a business and its departments to devisesolutions to problems.Year of Experience : 3 yrs+Education Required : B-Tech, BE, etc with 70% aggregate marks12th - 70% and above10th - 70% and aboveCTC post Probation Period : 10 - 12 LPA (Lakhs per annum) based on theperformance of the candidate.Requirements :

  • Strong project management skills with a focus on planning, organizing, and executingprojects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solveResponsibilities :
  • Project Planning and Execution : Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, andresource requirements. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensureadherence to project timelines, monitor progress, and proactively address any potentialissues or risks.
  • Utilize knowledge of sprints and agile methodologies to plan and execute project tasks,ensuring efficient and effective project management.
  • Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives,and other Scrum ceremonies to drive the team's adherence to agile principles.
  • Oversee and manage the operations of tech projects, ensuring timely and successfuldelivery.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative andpositive work environment. Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provideguidance and support to ensure the successful completion of project milestones.
  • Risk and Issue Management : Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions and minimize project impact.Implement effective change management strategies as necessary.
