Quality Control Intern

Position Title : Quality Control Intern

Department : Quality Control

Location : Vadgaon Maval

Duration : 6 months Internship

Required experience : 0-6 months

Key Responsibilities :

1. Assist in day-to-day inspection of incoming raw materials (foam, fabric, accessories).

2. Support the QC team in in-process and final product quality checks for cushions and pillows.

3. Help record inspection results, deviations, and maintain proper documentation.

4. Participate in measurement checks (dimensions, weight, firmness, etc.).

5. Learn and assist in testing fabric (GSM, colorfastness, pilling, etc.).

6. Follow up on non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis (RCA).

7. Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines.

8. Support the team during pre-dispatch inspections and packaging quality checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. Pursuing or recently completed a diploma in mechanical / industrial engineering / production / textile.

2. Strong observation skills and attention to detail.

3. Basic understanding of quality control principles.

4. Good communication and teamwork skills.

5. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation.

6. Willing to work in shifts.
