We’re looking for a skilled Unreal Engine generalist who understands the engine both technically and artistically — someone who can take a partially complete project and help bring it across the finish line.
Responsibilities
- Work hands-on with materials, particles, lighting, and asset setup to achieve project goals.
- Translate product goals into clear, actionable tasks for the dev team and help unblock team members when needed.
- Maintain project structure and organization — clean folder hierarchy, proper naming conventions, ID maps, and asset references.
- Deliver high-quality results on schedule , ensuring everything works together smoothly.
- Collaborate closely with design and programming to polish visuals and performance.
Requirements
Strong experience with Unreal Engine 5 (materials, Niagara, Blueprints, optimization, project organization).A solid sense of visual quality and technical efficiency.Ability to work independently and identify what needs to be done next.Good communication and task-tracking discipline.Experience Working with blender.Previous experience contributing to or finishing UE-based projects preferred.Preference will be given if you have :
Experience with art pipeline tools (Substance, Blender, etc.)Understanding of performance profiling and optimizationPrior experience on indie or stylized 3D projects
