Job descriptionStrong expertise in Java, including its features and best practices. Proven experience in leading software development teams. Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.). Experience with microservices architecture. Knowledge of front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL). Understanding of DevOps practices and tools. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 - 10 years of experience in software development Proven track record of successful project delivery. Relevant certifications (e.g., Java Certification, Scrum Master) are a plus. You have less than 5 years or more than 12 years of experience You do not have hands-on Angular experience You are on a notice period longer than 15 days You are looking for remote only (role is hybrid in Bengaluru) You are a fresher or unrelated background (e.g., support, testing only, non-Java roles)

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project life cycle.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on project goals.
