Chief Data Operations Specialist

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in maintaining the smooth operation of our go-to-market (GTM) activities by ensuring the accuracy of CRM data, generating reports and dashboards, and contributing to process enhancements.

You'll work closely with the sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to guarantee seamless information flow across the funnel and identify opportunities for operational refinement.

• Maintain and enhance CRM systems, including workflows, automations, data integrity, and system integration.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards to track pipeline metrics, sales performance, and GTM activities.
• Assist in designing and executing sales incentive plans.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, or anomalies in sales and marketing processes.
• Support CPQ tool operations and related procedures.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth data flow and process adherence.
• Contribute to documentation of processes, dashboards, and operational guides.
