Role Description – Human Resources Assistant Intern
This is a remote internship opportunity for college students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in Human Resources (HR) within a dynamic digital marketing environment. As an HR Manager Intern, you will assist in managing recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, contributing to the growth and culture of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Contribute to policy documentation and HR compliance
- Maintain HR databases and assist in payroll administration support
- Track and report HR metrics and assist with performance management processes
