Role Summary
Lead the HR function end-to-end with strong focus on attendance, payroll oversight, hiring, appraisals, compliance, employee relations, and HR-related vendor & insurance management. Build predictable, process-driven HR operations for both field and office teams.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Own attendance, leave, and HRMS hygiene.
- Validate monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and onboarding / offboarding processes.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle hiring for operations and corporate roles alike.Manage sourcing, interviews, offers, joining formalities, and induction.Lead the Recruitment team to work on fulfilment mandates.Performance Management
Run appraisal cycles, goal-setting support, and documentation accuracy.Compliance & Policy Governance
Maintain HR policies and labour law compliance (PF / ESI, Shops Act, PoSH, etc.).Ensure statutory registers, audits, and timely filings.Employee Relations
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and communication across verticals.Drive basic engagement initiatives.Vendor & Insurance Coordination
Manage HR vendors : background checks, HRMS, consultants, etc.Oversee employee insurance : additions, deletions, and claims coordination.Profile Requirements
5–10 years of HR experience, ideally in operations-heavy organisations.Strong in HR operations, compliance, hiring, and employee relations.Ability to build processes in a fast-moving setup.Excellent communication, ownership, and people management skills.
