Responsibilities

Customize and develop Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, ERP etc.) according to the specifications.
Design, develop, and test new modules, applications, and features within Odoo.
Perform Odoo server management, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications via APIs and connectors.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo.
Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to gather and analyze requirements.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Odoo applications.
Create detailed documentation of technical solutions, processes, and user guides.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Proficiency in Python and Odoo framework.

Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management.

Knowledge of Odoo customization and module development best practices.

Experience with Odoo APIs, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb reporting.

Strong understanding of business processes like accounting, sales, inventory, and procurement.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
