Job description4+ years of experience in AI / ML development with at least 12 years in GenAI / LLMs. Proficient in Python, ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP tools. Experience with LLMs like GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral, etc. Strong grasp of Prompt Engineering and few-shot / zero-shot learning. Experience building RAG architectures using vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate). Knowledge of AI Agents and frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, etc. Solid understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
We are seeking an experienced AI / ML Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing and deploying AI solutions using cutting-edge large language models (LLMs), deep learning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using state-of-the-art LLMs.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines to improve response quality and contextual relevance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI features into applications.
- Conduct fine-tuning, evaluation, and prompt engineering for task-specific model outputs.
- Implement scalable AI / ML workflows using cloud-based infrastructure and MLOps tools.
- Monitor performance and continuously improve model accuracy, latency, and safety.
