  • Identify and recruit top-performing influencers across niche categories :

  • Video Editing / Content Creation
  • Jobs & Career
  • Study & Productivity
  • Graphic Design
  • Social Media Marketing
  • E-commerce
  • UI / UX Design
  • Business & Marketing
  • Onboard influencers exclusively and manage their development and campaign alignment
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships through regular communication and growth planning
  • Ensure talent complies with brand guidelines and delivers top-tier performance
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure talent satisfaction and client expectations are met

Relationship Management & Growth

  • Build and maintain a CRM for influencers.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with creators and clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities
  • Stay on top of global trends in influencer marketing, AI, branding, and digital performance

    • What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer acquisition or creators acquistions .
  • Strong international network—or the ability to build one quickly
  • Exceptional negotiation, pitching, and relationship-building skills
  • A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for branding, creators, and tech
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning your role end-to-end
