Role Description

We are seeking a hands-on No-Code Implementation Specialist to design, deliver, and support business applications using Codeless One and related no-code platforms. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs, configure tailored solutions, and train end-users for long-term success.

This position is for a solution-focused consultant, not an IT support / ticketing role. You’ll be shaping digital transformation projects and ensuring clients gain measurable value from no-code technology.

Note : This is a full-time position. We do not allow double jobbing or holding multiple active employment roles.

Responsibilities

Hands-on Solution Design & Build

Develop and configure business applications on Codeless ONE.

Translate client requirements into workflows, automations, and scalable solutions.

Ensure applications are intuitive, reliable, and aligned with business goals.

Client Implementation & Success

Facilitate discovery sessions, gather requirements, and validate solutions.

Deliver training and enablement workshops to drive adoption and empower clients.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Partner with product and sales teams to deliver holistic solutions.

Create reusable templates and best practices to streamline future builds.

Provide post-deployment support and optimize applications based on client feedback.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in client-facing software implementation (consulting, solution delivery, or business systems).

Proficiency with no-code / low-code platforms .

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Strong analytical skills to convert business processes into digital workflows.

Outstanding English communication skills (verbal and written) for client interaction, requirement gathering, and training delivery.

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Commitment to exclusive, full-time employment with no secondary jobs.

Nice to Have

Background in business process automation, requirements management, or system design .

Experience with APIs, integrations, and workflow orchestration.

Previous consulting or SaaS implementation experience.
