Procurement Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive with a strong background in FMCG or the Dry Fruits industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality products, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely procurement to support business operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and other procurement needs.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Manage and maintain vendor relationships to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse and production team for timely replenishment.
• Analyze market trends and pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain proper procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Identify new suppliers and opportunities for product improvement or cost optimization.
