Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Specialist located in Mumbai. The Event Specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish. They will be in charge of curating and bringing in events and unique experiences to the space. The Event Specialist will also be responsible for event marketing, ensuring excellent customer service, and effectively communicating with clients, vendors, and team members. This role involves coordinating event logistics, managing budgets, and working closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Marketing
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and the ability to meet sales targets
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
