Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented SEO Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and content optimization strategies to boost our organic visibility and rankings. You will be responsible for implementing SEO best practices to drive qualified traffic, improve search engine performance, and achieve our online growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy & Implementation :
• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies aligned with company goals.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and optimize site content accordingly.
• Optimize website structure, meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking to enhance search rankings.
• Content Optimization :
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure all published material is SEO-friendly and engaging.
• Suggest improvements for blog posts, landing pages, and website copy to increase organic reach.
• Stay updated on content trends and Google algorithm changes to ensure compliance and relevancy.
• Technical SEO :
• Perform site audits to identify technical issues such as broken links, slow loading speeds, mobile usability problems, and crawl errors.
• Work with the development team to resolve technical issues and improve website performance.
• Ensure proper indexing of all important pages and use of schema markup where relevant.
• Link Building & Outreach :
• Develop and implement white-hat link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Build relationships with relevant websites, influencers, and industry platforms for backlink opportunities.
• Track and analyze backlink profiles to maintain a healthy link profile.
• Analytics & Reporting :
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Track keyword rankings, traffic trends, and conversions to measure campaign success.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
