Job descriptionArchitected / Designed ==> Partner closely with product teams to ensure seamless interoperability with internal Work with cloud storage strategy, prioritizing scalability, cost efficiency, and cross- Troubleshoot complex video issues related to encoding, streaming, recording and playback Provide technical support and training on video technologies and best practices Drive innovation in to create resilient, scalable media pipelines. Foster a culture of technical excellence, mentorship, and operational rigor. 8+ years of engineering management experience leading infrastructure / platform teams. Proven expertise in designing cloud-native distributed systems (e.g., microservices, serverless Deep familiarity with video technology : codecs (HEVC, AV1), streaming protocols (HLS, CMAF), Design and developed video media solutions using video processing tools and frameworks Experience collaborating with product teams to deliver user-centric infrastructure solutions. Passion for media technology and staying ahead of trends (e.g., 8K, AI-driven workflows).
What You Will Be Doing :
