The Sales Support Management Analyst II is responsible for performing back-office functions that support the end-to-end sales cycle. This is a non-customer-facing role focused on ensuring timely, accurate, and organized sales data and reporting. The analyst plays a key role in supporting sales operations, reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Capture, enter, and organize customer information and sales opportunity data accurately.
- Maintain records, documentation, and databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Research information, compile data for reports, and assist with sales and operational analysis .
- Coordinate work via pre-defined processes to support sales and operational teams.
- Develop standard and ad-hoc reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales productivity, and business goal attainment .
- Ensure that recorded transactions and customer information are secure and comply with local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal teams including sales, operational support, delivery, and audit by providing accurate data retrieval and reporting.
- Assist in continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of sales support operations.
Required Skills & Experience :
Strong data entry and data management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.Knowledge of sales operations processes and CRM systems is preferred.Strong analytical and organizational abilities.Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information securely.Ability to follow pre-defined processes while supporting ad-hoc requests.Soft Skills :
