Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, combining in-office responsibilities with the flexibility to work from home. As a Management Trainee – Business Development HR Consulting, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, assisting in creating tailored HR consulting solutions, and supporting business development initiatives. You will be expected to conduct market research, prepare proposals, liaise with clients, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote training and development services. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with industry experts while developing skills in HR consulting and business development.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct research and perform market analysis effectively
• Proficiency in relationship building, client interaction, and negotiation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of HR consulting, training, and business development principles
• Ability to adapt to hybrid work arrangements and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
• Prior experience or internships in HR, consulting, or business development is a plus
• Highly motivated individual with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
