Solution Architect

An ideal and mature hybrid cloud infrastructure is key to enabling a global team and leveraging technology for rapid implementations.

The Solutions Architect for Cloud Infrastructure and Networking will act as the linchpin of our organization`s cloud and networking initiatives. This role involves designing and implementing state-of-the-art solutions that align with company objectives and customer needs. This position is crucial for driving innovation and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate would bring cloud infrastructure and networking expertise to the team, define specifications, manage roadmaps, ensure resilient, secure, and reliable infrastructure to support global connectivity, micro segmentation with zero trust network architecture, and multiple application deployment needs with a DevOps model including container orchestration. A hands-on approach guiding development, experiences, and testing the

product should be taken. You will ensure strategic direction and effective detailed plans are in place from architecture to operations to go-to-market. You can concisely communicate complex concepts, operate in a regulatory environment, and are passionate about delivering high quality product experiences in an integration first design.

The scope of this role includes integrations with major cloud providers, SaaS, and hardware devices. The role would be to work with all architecture team members and software development teams deploying applications into the cloud.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Solution Design : Architect scalable and robust cloud infrastructure and networking solutions tailored to specific project requirements.
• Technical Leadership : Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in cloud computing and networking technologies.
• Client Engagement : Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify customer requirements and propose impactful solutions.
• Implementation Oversight : Supervise the deployment of designed solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural guidelines and best practices. The ability to perform hands on activities with teams and ensure successful implementations.
• Documentation : Maintain high-quality documentation for solution architectures, design patterns, and best practices.
• Innovation : Keep abreast of industry trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, Operations, and Security, to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Compliance : Ensure solutions comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Performance Metrics : Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making data-backed recommendations for :
• Bachelor`s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years` experience in cloud architecture, with proficiency in Azure and / or AWS.
• In-depth understanding of networking protocols, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNP).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• TOGAF 9.1 certified is a plus
