Job description

The ideal candidate will be looking after Audit & Taxation.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing tax compliance, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and assisting with audit procedures.
  • Prepare and file tax returns (income tax, GST, etc.) accurately and on time.
  • Manage TDS compliance : timely deduction, payment, return filing, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for tax audit purposes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns. Handle GST audits and departmental queries.
  • Respond to GST notices. Perform monthly GST reconciliations.
  • Perform monthly GST reconciliations.
  • Handle GST audits and Respond to GST notices.
  • Reply to income tax notices.
  • Statutory compliance. GST compliance.

Required Skills :

  • B.Com / M.com with 5+ yrs of experience from Real Estate.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Income Tax Act, GST laws, and real estate taxation norms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external auditors.
  • Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
