Analytics Team Lead

Role Summary : Responsible for owning the data strategy, generating brand- and campaign-specific insights, creating ROI benchmarks, and helping drive engagement and client revenue through performance recommendations.KRAs : Define and standardize campaign KPIs across all programs.Deliver weekly actionable insight reports to internal teams and clients.Drive campaign performance improvement initiatives.Create industry benchmark reports for BD / Client Servicing.Identify upsell opportunities based on data signals.KPIs : % of campaigns with actionable insights implemented.Average uplift in engagement / participation from recommendations.of upsell actions triggered via insights.Internal stakeholder satisfaction (BD, CS, Product teams).Client feedback on insight quality and usefulness.Key Skills : Strong campaign analytics and storytelling capability.Ability to interpret behavioral, performance, and funnel data.Proficiency in SQL, Excel, GA4, Metabase / Looker / Tableau.Experience in loyalty / promotion / consumer engagement ecosystems.Business acumen : ability to translate numbers into brand-level decisions.
