JOB DESCRIPTION

The SAP Test Manager is expected to : Define and manage test strategy and planning : This includes creating test plans, defining entry / exit criteria, and aligning with project milestones. Lead test execution : Oversee functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across SAP modules such as FICO, SD, MM, GTS, and S / 4HANA. Coordinate with stakeholders : Collaborate with business users, developers, and functional consultants to ensure test coverage and resolve defects. Manage test environments and data : Ensure readiness of test environments and availability of test data. Track and report : Use tools like JIRA and HP ALM to manage test cases, track defects, and report progress using dashboards and metrics. Ensure compliance and documentation : Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects. Ensure documentation meets audit and quality standards. The following skills are required : Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., GTS, FICO, SD, MM, S / 4HANA). Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Tricentis Tosca). Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Understanding of trade compliance (for GTS roles) and integration points. Experience in leading cross-functional testing teams and managing UAT
