Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help expand our international presence by bringing in new accounting outsourcing clients, especially from the UK, US, Australia, and Dubai.
Candidates with prior experience in generating leads or acquiring clients from these regions for accounting outsourcing firms will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other professional channels.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Present TAPI KPOs services confidently and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and tailor proposals.
- Track and manage leads, maintaining a clear sales pipeline for reporting and follow-ups.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (must be confident in English).Prior experience in business development or client acquisition within the accounting outsourcing industry is preferred.Ability to connect with and onboard clients from the UK, US, Australia, and Dubai.Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads.Comfortable working night shifts (timings can be discussed).What We Offer
