Experience with VR / AR, game mechanics, or real-time systems is a big advantage. Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals. Solid problem-solving and debugging skills. Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Dev—or equivalent practical experience. A steady pipeline of exciting and innovative projects. This role is project-to-project and fully remote , so you can work from wherever you’re most comfortable. What matters most to us is your commitment, accountability, and passion for delivering high-quality results.
You’ll need to have your own development-ready computer and the willingness to collaborate closely with our team.

What You Will Do
- Build and polish interactive applications, real-time experiences, or gameplay features using Unreal Engine (Blueprints and / or C++).
- Work with designers, artists, and developers to bring ideas from concept to reality.
- Take ownership of tasks assigned to you and deliver them with care, attention to detail, and on time.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and consistently improve the quality of your work.
- Communicate openly, ask questions when needed, and collaborate in a positive, professional way.
- Maintain integrity—if you commit to a timeline, we expect your best effort to meet it.
