Job Description
Our ideal candidate will manage employee onboarding, documentation, and system setup, coordinate payroll processing accurately and on time using ADP or Paycom, ensure full compliance with California labor laws and maintain HR records, administer benefits programs, handle enrollments, and respond to employee queries, maintain HRIS data and generate management reports, and collaborate with teams to resolve HR issues efficiently.
