20+ years with engineering academics

What You’ll Do :

Design, develop, test, and document embedded systems and software components

Lead CAPA, field investigations, and platform growth planning

Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional global teams

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA Class I-III, ISO, IEC)

Drive innovation in system architecture, design, and implementation

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

✅ Strong Embedded C / C++ and RTOS experience

✅ Firmware and device driver development

✅ Hardware / software interfacing and system design

✅ Agile software development, code reviews, metrics tracking

✅ Experience in medical devices or regulated industries

Nice to Have :

Qt, SQLite, Linux Yocto, cloud-native architectures (AWS / Azure), UML, OOA&D
