Job Purpose / Objective
Enable the Key account to optimally use the digital capabilities of the organization for effective and efficient operations towards key result areas achievement identified during LT, MT & ST workshops
Coordinate effective IT Portfolio (Infrastructure & Application) management and adherence to IT processes / guidelines defined by Bosch & RBIN / BDO, for the Plant.
Support Plant Location for IT security, IT Cost optimization & compliance mgmt. as per Bosch guidelines
Manage line / virtual / matrix teams towards realizing IT enabled process improvement projects and Support
The purpose of this position is to co-create value by adopting new-age IT applications and infrastructure thereby improving efficiency and ensuring business continuity.
Job description / Primary Responsibility
Strategy Execution : Administer the IT strategy calendar and targets as per Bosch Limited / BDO and Plant to leverage on standardized IT tools and IT enabled best practices and processes in alignment with business strategy of Plant and internal guidelines
Business Partnering : Promote the adoption of state-of-the-art technology across Bosch Limited to enhance business efficiency, reduce the usage of obsolete technology and processes to promote adherence to latest IT technology implementation as per business needs.
Program Management : Implement IT applications and infrastructure at Bosch Limited to cater to current and future business requirements and embrace new technology in alignment with orgnization's IT portfolio to deliver agreed Key Performance Results (KPR) with customer.
Capital Investment management : Implement Planned IT infrastructure investment for Bosch Limited in an optimal manner to ensure business continuity and reduce excess spend for plants.
IT Governance & Compliance : Control the usage of Bosch Central Directives and guidelines to minimise cyber security risk by collaborating with other governance teams for ensuring continuous process improvements.
Stakeholder Management : Develop a culture of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for successful and timely delivery of projects to enhance technology user experience.
People Management : Contribute to employee well being and motivation through development trainings in latest technologies and soft skills.

1. IT strategy implementation defined by the department for plants aligned with business functions
2. Implementation of IT Projects, applications and infrastructure with latest technology thereby improving efficiency and ensuring business continuity

Qualifications
Education :
B.E. in any discipline (IT or Manufaturing)
MBA in any discipline would be advantageous
Professional certification in project Management would be advantageous
Experience :
8-10 years in Business processes and IT Applications and Services, Industry 4.0 and digitalization in plants
1-2 years of experience in IT or functional Project implementation in plants, 3-4 years in Team handling
Experience in IT Infrastructure and application architecture including Web, Mobile or Cloud services in plants
