Job descriptionCollaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and other departments to ensure design alignment Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments Develop training programs that address skill gaps and align with targeted audience needs Utilize design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) for content creation
Key Deliverables :
- Develop and implement engaging training tools and materials, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Create compelling course content and learning activities that enhance user experience
- Produce video content, animations, and motion graphics to enhance training programs
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
