We are seeking a passionate HR Analytics Trainer to join our growing network of expert coaches and trainers.

Role Overview

As an HR Analytics Trainer , you will design and deliver engaging sessions that help HR professionals understand and apply data-driven decision-making. You’ll combine your expertise in human resources and analytics to empower learners with the skills to interpret workforce data, use analytical tools, and align insights with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver HR Analytics training modules (live sessions, workshops, and e-learning formats).
Teach concepts including workforce analytics, predictive HR models, data visualization, and HR metrics.
Develop hands-on case studies and exercises using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R.
Assess learners’ progress and provide personalized feedback.
Collaborate with the CoachX content and product team to continuously improve course materials.
Stay updated on HR tech trends, people analytics practices, and emerging tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.

5+ years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or HR Business Partner roles with strong data focus.

Proven experience in training, coaching, or corporate facilitation (in-person or virtual).

Strong command of analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) and HR metrics frameworks.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate data into business insights.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in HR Analytics, Data Analytics, or Learning & Development.

Prior experience designing online learning content.

Experience with Python / R for HR data analysis is a plus.
