Who are you?

You are a functional expert :

Complete day to day processes of Data management accurately and in a timely manner as a hands on processor.

Handles escalated issues raised by partners and complex tasks.

Acts as Subject Matter Authority for other team members.

Ensure Quality is met for all volumes processed

Track and Monitor daily and monthly reporting.

You connect the dots -

Proposes process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls

You are a collaborator -

Participates in meetings with internal teams and partners. Collaborate with Business leaders, IT team wherever required

Participate in initiatives that are internal as well as external to the organization.

Aligns with all policies and standards

Perform “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control.

You are an innovator -

Always demonstrate the highest level of customer service.

Pay close attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues.

Goes beyond immediate requests and activities to ensure both own and related tasks are completed

What you’ll need…

Ability to perform work unsupervised.

Comprehensive understanding of HR processes, procedures, systems and concepts.

Solves problems and evaluates possible solutions using experience and precedents.

Uses tact to exchange ideas and information concisely and rationally.

Ability to Work with partners in different Time Zone and Geography

What you’ll need…(Preferred)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Proficient in Google Suite applications.

Hands-on experience in any ERP would be preferred.

1-2 years experience working in transaction processing in any HR ERP will be preferred.
