We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, AI / ML to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust development background in any programming stack, including but not limited to Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js. This role requires hands-on experience with AI / ML, preferably using cloud platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI. A solid understanding of Generative AI and the ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end is essential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Leadership and Strategy :
• Lead and mentor a team of AI / ML engineers and data scientists
• Develop and implement AI / ML strategies aligned with business goals
• Drive innovation and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Technical Expertise :
• Utilize solid development skills in programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI / ML models and solutions
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
• Project Management :
• Manage multiple AI / ML projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives
• Stakeholder Engagement :
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical insights
• Present project updates, results, and recommendations to senior management
• Innovation and Research :
• Conduct research to identify new opportunities for AI / ML applications
• Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
