Job Description :

Distributor Master Creation

Update if any changes in master of customer / Distributors as per instructed from RSM / ASM / ASE

Sales Order Punching, Processing for dispatch

Follow up for orders Dispatches

Co-ordination with plant for material production status, stock, dispatches

Sales Return order punching

Co-ordination for material returns with customers for booking & inform to plant

Sample orders punching / follow up for dispatch / follow up for dispatch & delivery status inform to

respective RAM / ASM / ASE

Sample requisitions, f / u with plant on need basis.

Preparing Proforma Invoice as per orders

Required Transport / docket details provide to RSM / ASM / ASE with customer

Maintained customer list with new customer update

Maintained Price list as per Margin of different customers -(ECOMMERCE, REGULAR)

Make Collection Entries against payment (advance, invoice to invoice)

Make payment adjustment Entries

Collection follow up with customers & respective RSM's, ASM's, ASE

Provide ledger, Credit note, Debit note to customers
