A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate. Familiarity with Kantar's Xtel application and its functionalities. Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a technical team. Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide advanced technical support for Xtel application, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Lead the deployment of updates, patches, and new features, ensuring compatibility and stability.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for application support.
- Document processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
