Job Description
- Identify and engage prospective clients for solar PV and EV charger installations through on-site visits, referrals, and local networking.
- Conduct detailed site assessments and customer consultations to understand energy requirements and propose optimal solutions.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, including ROI analyses, system design overviews, and pricing models.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to facilitate seamless project handover and installation execution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales KPIs, and generate regular reports on pipeline status and market feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in solar energy, EV charging, or comparable technical products.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2C or B2B environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel extensively and engage with clients on-site across assigned territory.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).Benefits
