Product Design Intern

What You’ll Do

Design and prototype

enclosures, mounts, and structural components

for drones and related hardware.

Apply

DFM (Design for Manufacturing), DFA (Design for Assembly), and basic CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) operations

in your design process.

Develop 3D models and detailed part drawings using softwares like Solidworks, Creo, CATIA V5.

Collaborate on

aesthetic + functional design

of drone elements, storage cases, launch setups, charging stations, etc.

Support rapid prototyping using

3D printing / CNC / laser cutting

workflows.

Conduct basic design validation through field testing and iteration.

Document designs, changes, and contribute to internal knowledge systems.

What We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

Product Design / Industrial Design / Mechanical Engineering

or a related field.

Design certification is mandatory.

Strong proficiency in

3D CAD software

and interest in physical product development.

Passion for

building real things

– hands-on, iterative, prototype-driven mindset.

Bonus : Knowledge of drones, robotics, electronics, or lighting tech.

Bonus : Experience with

rendering, animation , or creating visually compelling product visuals.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills – you’ll work directly with tech and creative teams.
