They are seeking a strategic and experienced lead role for Microsoft D365 to lead our BizApps service line solutions. This role will focus on driving the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions, including CRM, and Power Platform, for domestic clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consulting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

About the Role

Seeking a strategic and experienced lead role for Microsoft D365 to lead BizApps service line solutions. This role will focus on driving the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions, including CRM, and Power Platform, for domestic clients.

Experience : 12+ years

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver CRM solutions using Microsoft D365 and Power Apps
  • Preferably having COPILOT based scenarios implementation / POC executed
  • Collaborate closely with Microsoft and clients to co-create solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Drive delivery and pursue opportunities in the Indian market independently
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Customer Experience and Power Platform
  • Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and non-financial services
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions
  • Ability to work independently and manage client engagements
  • Strong understanding of the Indian business landscape
  • Required Skills
