Job description

Job Description : Requirements :

  • 8 to 10 Years of full-time experience in Consulting and Technical roles pertaining to SAP BPC Classic, SAP BW and ABAP.
  • A minimum of 2 full cycle implementations and a track record of successfully implementing production of analytics projects in challenging environments.
  • Capable of understanding business requirements functionally and create a technical implementation proposal.
  • Experience in Media domain and its processes (e.g.Amortization) is nice to have.

Roles & Responsibilities :

BPC script logic and BADI implementation :

  • Responsible for creating and implementing BPC script logic and BADI implementations to meet specific business requirements.
  • This will involve designing and developing custom business rules, calculations, and other logic.

    • Strong ABAP experience with OOPS concepts :

  • Need to have a strong understanding of ABAP programming concepts, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS).
  • Required to develop custom ABAP programs and BADI implementations to meet specific requirements.

    • SAP BW modeling and integration with BPC :

  • Responsible for designing and developing data models, Info Providers, and Data Sources within SAP BW.
  • Also need to ensure that the BPC solution is integrated with SAP BW.

    • Proficient in ABAP related to BW :

  • Need to be proficient in ABAP programming related to SAP BW, including developing custom transformations, DTPs, and Process Chains.
  • Also need to be familiar with SAP BW data modeling concepts, such as Info Objects, Info Areas, and ADSOs.
  • BW / 4 modeling experience is preferred.

    • Strong FP&A functional knowledge / experience :

  • Required to have strong functional knowledge and experience in Finance, Planning, and Analysis (FP&A).
  • Experience with media industry is preferred.
  • BPC Frontend knowledge is highly desirable as well
