Job description

Job Role : IVR Developer

Experience : 8+ Years

Location : Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Manesar, Pune

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain IVR applications using Twilio / M365 and related technologies.
  • Lead a technical team and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Integrate IVR systems with cloud services such as AWS or Azure , and with internal / external APIs.
  • Manage CI / CD pipelines, deployments, and version control (GitHub, Jira, Confluence).
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards .
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business and engineering teams for feature enhancement.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance IVR system performance.

Required Skills :

  • 8+ years in software development, including 3+ years in IVR development .
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in Twilio and Microsoft 365 , or other equivalent IVR platforms.
  • Experience with AWS / Azure , Kubernetes , and CI / CD pipelines .
  • Programming proficiency in .NET, Java, and Node.js .
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certifications in IVR tools such as Twilio or Cyara are preferred.
